                    Sarah has studied with many internationally renowned yogis:

Rodney Yee, Mark Whitwell,Sean Corne,Anne Green,Todd Norian,David Swenson,Darby,Stephen Cope,Lilias Folan,Kam Thye Chow- Thai Yoga Massage,Massage Techniques for Labour

She received her Yoga Teacher Training certificaion through East to West Yoga (recognized by Yoga Alliance) first attaining Yoga Group Exercise Training, Yoga Exercise Specialist Training, Back Care Practioner.

 Sarah also spent two years studying physiology, anatomy and the language of medicine at George Brown College to enhance her skills as a Yoga teacher. She is also a standing member of the Federation of Ontario Yoga Teachers and the International Childbirth Education Association. 

Sarah is currently teaching Prenatal and Gentle Restorative yoga classes in the Quinte area and also spent over a year teaching Restorative Yoga at the Heritiage Nursing Home in Toronto to disabled individuals.

She also offers a Customized labour support classes for birthing mothers and thier partners to encourage an empowered birth.

  She also offers prenatal yoga and Massage and incorporates Thai Yoga Massage into her classes.  Sarah has further enhanced her teaching skills with further certification from Michelle Cormack, the owner of 5 Elements Studio who is a Childbirth Educator, Doula and Labour Assistant.  Sarah is trained as a Doula and is a member of the International Childbirth Education Association. 

Sarah is a Certified Reflexologist through the Reflexology Training Academy of Cananda, and is offering foot reflexology in a quiet holistic setting in the Quinte area.

Sasmita is currently raising funds for Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance's "BEAT RETREAT" a camp for patients and is their in house yoga and reflexology practioner.

 Customized events are available to private or corporate groups who wish a unique, restorative day.  

Her belief is that continual physical movement, meditation, mind body awareness and good nutrition is the road to well-being and happiness
