In this class you will have the time to relax and reconnect
with your body and mind. I will teach you how to stretch
your body safely to relieve any aches and pains you might have
from tight muscles. We will explore techniques to ensure a healthy
pregnancy and delivery. How to use your breath and mind as tools to guide your
body to do what it needs to do naturally.
The class is a specialized , small semi-private class that allows time for guided
relaxation, visualization and mini massage.
It gives you the opportunity to spend time with other woman who are either pregnant or are
preparing their bodies to become pregnant.
6 x 1 hour pre registered prenatal and pregnancy ready yoga classes.
